Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds.

  1. Returns are not accepted. Each item is made to order and fulfilled by an online cutting service, SendCutSend. I do not ship the finished orders myself. 

  2. Exchanges are not possible as I do not accept returns. If a mistake was made on a custom layout, contact me and I will resolve the issue.

  3. Cancellations have a short window. Custom layout orders can be cancelled within 2 weeks if no contact was made to discuss your order. Blank panels and orders without customization are usually processed within a day. Once an order is sent to fulfillment, cancellations are not possible.

  4. Refunds on completed orders are only available on custom orders. I take pride in my service of offering customization and will do my best to resolve any issues before resorting to a refund.

  5. No refunds for blank panels and non customized items. If there is a defect or damage during shipping, contact me for a replacement free of charge.

  6. My policy reflects the nature of my shop. I am a very low volume seller and often see just one order a month, which profit covers the expense of the website. Unfortunately at the time of this policy writing I don't have the buffer to provide a more buyer focused policy.

 

Printify Merchandise

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds.


For any issues concerning merchandise, please contact me with details on the issue, and I will submit a request with the print provider. The print provider will approve either a reprint, or a refund. In rare cases they will deem the issue within tolerance, but these are mostly worked out as I have purchased many samples to discover issues. Some items have not been sampled.
