I tested some 0.100" thick 304 stainless steel spatulas and other utensils last summer, and only had luck with a spatula and fork. I made one spatula for my sister and her husband as a wedding gift and they said they want to put it on display rather than use it haha. I have finished one for myself as well using the Snap-On "S". The funny part is I had this idea that I could make rust proof utensils and they would be really popular, but what I didnt know is that it would be cost prohibitive for most people, even with full customization as the selling point. Still, I would like to offer them as blanks, where you add your own handle grip or wrap. I made mine out of walnut knife scales, and walnut is beautiful once sealed. I watched a few videos on knife scales, and its super easy with just hand tools. These will not rust, but they are a bit heavy, and its stainless steel so they should last a lifetime.
